Maybe the happiness part is not entirely true bc almost everything we do is something that will/ maybe bring us some happiness.
So what about "seeking happinesses" makes you feel miserable?
If you're constantly seeking you're also constantly aware you don't have it. Happiness isn't a permanent state of being it's a fleeing feeling.

Well don't consistently consciously seek happiness. Learn to appreciate the present.
"Expect the worst. Hope for the best"
Happiness is living care free. So in a way you found it which is an irony cos you stopped looking is when you found it

I mean you can be happy and still seeking happiness, Happiness isn't really a constant and unchanging state of mind, and it isn't even the exaggerated BS in the media either
Happiness will find you in your passion.
And meaning of life is just living life the way you want to really
If you're constantly seeking you're also constantly aware you don't have it. Happiness isn't a permanent state of being it's a fleeing feeling.
But that’s every emotion , that’s how it works . they all exist and we experience them all , it’s impossible to stay in one emotional state

Happiness is the only emotion we really try for tho. No one is looking for love and money to be sadder.

Of course just saying , no emotion is forever , as a human we gonna experience them all , can’t have one without the other

happiness is not living care free
Well don't consistently consciously seek happiness. Learn to appreciate the present.

appreciating the present is extremely hard, especially in western culture. The initial years of “finish this grade, then this grade, then go to college, then get a job, then get a car, then get a house, then a wife, then kids” is a constant looking forwards to the next thing. Most people go through 30-40 years of that before realizing that it won’t inherently bring happiness, and that constantly looking forward means constant discontentment.
Dont even try lol
