I’m just saying testimony isn’t exactly “proof” and this is how I’m assuming other niggas feel when petitions and stuff gets posted as proof of a crime. This is why I took the Kodak thing so seriously cus shorty had extra s*** to back it up like getting a rape kit done (which did find evidence) along with the story. Regardless of how that trial went stuff like that became more credible than a blog post or petition.
All this is fine and dandy until the situation happens and fear takes over. Just because someone doesn't get a rape kit done (and even if they do, people STILL won't believe her, once again.) doesn't mean she lying either.
