I’ve been following Ian since the tumblr day’s before he had Instagram or dreads. Before they put his face all over that outfit. So for me it’s crazy seeing bro come up in such an unconventional way. He showed niggas how to create a lifestyle brand without rapping. I feel like him and Yams were perfect curators for the culture.

Ian Connor Is/Was the muse for this entire decade.

    Everyone stole his wave

He's the reason all your favorite rappers got dyed dreads

dad shoes, dad hats, supreme , tumblr era, sicko mode, man purses, revenge wave all traces back to ian

Dyed dreads have been a thing in the black community for a very long time, and even traces back to Jamaica.

That wasn't new. You're just an uncultured cac.

who was doing it on the scene before ian though?

original Travi$ Scott was a Ian Connor/ASAP Nast clone aesthetically

You mean the rapist with no original ideas that initially made a name for himself rehashing decade old trends and exploiting white suburban kids on Tumblr that weren't into hip hop and fashion until odd future, but swore that Ian was their fashion inspiration because no one in that space at the time had the context or wherewithal to google search "what shirt was Kanye wearing in the __"

You mean that guy, you sure about that?
