Isis Gaston (born January 1, 2000), known professionally as Ice Spice, is an American rapper.

Isis Gaston was born in the Bronx, where she was raised in the Fordham Road area of the borough.
Her song "Name of Love" gained traction on SoundCloud, which led to her becoming popular on Instagram. Ice Spice's song "Munch (Feelin' U)", released in August 2022 with a music video and produced by Riot, It went viral on Twitter and TikTok, and charted on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Bubbling Under Hot 100 charts. Drake, Toronto Pop artist shouted her out in his radio show.
That same month, she signed a record deal with 10K Projects & Capitol Records. On October 28, she released the single "Bikini Bottom".

She has stated that she writes all of her own lyrics. She was first inspired to start rapping by Sheff G and Pop Smoke, and has listed Lil' Kim, Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, Foxy Brown, and Remy Ma as musical influences due to their New York roots. She has also called Erykah Badu and Lauryn Hill inspirations for her because of their "graceful angelic vibe of timeless beauty".

I think it's cool but simple. I read her name is Isis Gaston maybe we could come up with an acronym for her first name. "Ice Spice International Stans" and if it's too long to type we could shorten it to ISIS. I think it has more longevity than Munchies because it's not attached to her biggest song so far
