Recently have been assessing jobs and reflecting on what's next. Ideally for you, what avg/minimum work hours would you prefer to be passionate in said job/career?
Carpenter 40-70 hours. Loved it but only gave myself 3 years to push it to my limit
Real Estate Photographer 30 hours - Loved it. Chill and allowed me to travel
Amazon Driver - 24-32 hours. It was meh, overall chill. The key is finding a route you like.
Communications Director - 25 hours peaks n valleys. Have more free time than ever and accomplished my goals.
I'm noticing that when I work over 30 hours, I'm super passionate. Anything less is kinda wack.
40 hours, doesn't matter what. Anything after that and my productivity drops like a rock in most cases.
I would've stuck with retail photographer if you were getting paid well. I'd do that in a heartbeat with good pay

4 day work weekend would change the world for the better
I’m sure I’ve seen ‘studies’ which prove this is actually the case — work productivity and employee satisfaction is much higher in companies who implement 4 day work weeks
Passion is overrated
Build skills
Can’t break into mastery levels of a skill unless you’re passionate about it
what job?
Pediatric RN, I'm cool with working long hours but having a 3-4 days weekend
I don't understand the question here
Ideally for you, what avg/minimum work hours would you prefer to be passionate in said job/career?
