imagine twitters new terms of service requires two forms of government ID
what’s wrong with that?
what’s wrong with that?
personally Im thinking things like it being overreach by a private company, issues of liability for things like hacks, and just general... why? Lets just say this was implemented. Section 230 makes it so that sites like twitter dont have to do s***. Theyre not responsible for what anyone says legally speaking. How would this change anything?
Dumb f***ing trend. No the internet should not be only for those that are willing to be identified, what a dumb f***ing take in general. This ain't even personal I'm pretty open and have my full name on most my s***
The best part of this take is that it implies that people don’t regularly post awful s*** under their real names

If you aren’t posting racist or homophobic s*** then you shouldn’t have to worry
i would support it if twitter wasnt a privately owned company with no oversight
u KNOW ur data is gonna get sold even more
If you aren’t posting racist or homophobic s*** then you shouldn’t have to worry
every time i see ur post it's stupid bait like this
if cowards are being supported by a veil of privacy... Then social media is not a safe space
... And yet the veil of privacy is what makes it a safe space.
