What we need is more wise people in power so they can influence the spending itself but mfs who swear they can do better rather engage in internet debates instead

CA's public education and infrastructure have been s*** ever since they capped the property tax at 1% in 1978.
You would hope a government with the vision to tax billionaires would be big on public education. I'd like to see schools where the classrooms are capped at ~15 students per teacher.
During the pandemic CA used surplus money to provide extra benefits to those with dependents, the hope would be to expand those, possibly ubi for those below like 75k, as well as expanded Medicare and ebt benefits.
Ultimately though, we should be focusing on Infrastructure. So many places have horrible drinking water in America. Upgrading entire cities' filtration systems would be great.

Waste it on military bullshit

The rich buy the government into office and then they turn a blind eye to the wealthy doing tax evasion.

In other words , in order for the govt to actually tax the people they are sleeping in bed with they would have to bite the hand that feeds them.

Which isn’t realistic at all.
