Honestly I can’t think of anyone else outside of Kendrick and j Cole that could make a case for a classic album of this generation that I’d think could be argued more than take care nwts and even iyrtitl
Heads get too emotional over this man…
If he had actual certificated classics this wouldn’t be a debate.

Its not a debate lol
Drake Kendrick and Travis all have 3 classics in my book. I think Her Loss is spectacular and could count as a 4th classic but that probably isn't popular opinion
If people are seriously saying Drake doesn’t have a classic then Kendrick or Cole don’t either and very few of their other peers would even be in this conversation as well.
All 3 of them have classics it’s not debatable imo, add Future too.

Dark sky paradise is not a classic...it was supposed to be tho.
Detroit is his only classic and that's a mixtape
Its not a debate lol
People are debating it this thread…
No one would ever tell you Thriller, Blueprint, or Illmatic isn’t a classic.
Drake doesn’t have one certified album that EVERYONE will point to as a classic.

Because its Drake
The music speaks for itself if you aren't arguing in bad faith
So again, there is no debate
I don't even think there is any posts outside of yours that are denying this in here

The music does speak for itself, but I personally think his entire Era is classic, if that makes any sense. It’s hard to pin-point what towers over everything because as soon as one Era dies down he starts up with another wave, drop, release, etc.
But I know hip-hop heads who don’t think he has a classic, big music fans who listen to everything but don’t think he has a classic anything.
I personally would say So Far Gone and If You’re Reading It’s Too Late, but of course, it’s debatable…

didn't I say its my personal classic because niggas dont agree? 😭😭😭
Kendrick has at least 2 even if you are a hater. Jcole is the one with no classics and people don't ever say anything about it.

Fhd close tho
Take Care is a classic. People who say otherwise are arguing in bad faith. That said, I think it’s Drake’s only undisputed classic. Nothing Was the Same and If You’re Reading This have made their case, but so far only Take Care has stood the test of time.
I guess from a hip-hop standpoint, Drake doesn't have a classic album.
But if we were judging purely on music, Take Care, NWTS, and possibly Views are his classic albums.
I wonder where this rhetoric about Drake not having one comes from. The thing with his albums is that they're slow burners. I didn't particularly like views when it was released, but listening back to it the past couple of weeks really puts into perspective how good a body of work it is.
