ODdefinitely. c5 was great but a bit awkward mostly because it was delayed so much. we all know he puts the most effort into the carter albums so we’re in for a treat. c4 was in 2011

Wayne can for sure put out a top 10 OAT album it just come down to his song selection…and his team has questionable taste in that..
