Idk about the community aspect but the radio stations will probably be updated frequently considering they are more than likely gonna milk this for a full decade considering the sucess of 5.

this is true but it kinda ruins nostalgia down the line if each station is constantly updated imo. i can see them going with this though cause they’ve added new stations towards the end of gta 5

I'm more looking at the online aspect. The majority of players are gonna fly through the single player story and live online for the rest of the games existence. It'll only make sense to update the songs as the years progress online. I don't doubt the story will be absolutely amazing but I feel they're definitely putting all their cards on the online aspect.
