People absolutely liked it for the meme but there are people who genuinely like it. I’ve played some Lil B songs just as much as some of my favorites from “respected” artists. Also he helped influence a lot of solid artists and carved out a lane for DIY rap music on the internet, I’d say that’s pretty respectable
