They should pull a Mr. Robot and make it so that his deteriorating psychosis makes him hallucinate that he's in the campy 50s style comic world.

If they do make a sequel they should portray Batman just as crazy as Joker

IMO I think they could maybe just have it take place right after the first film ended and just go from there. That’s the great part about the character of joker there’s so many different origin stories to chose or in this case continue telling. I also would mind another movie with joker and Batman as a sequel to this either. I’m sure whatever they decide to do will be great.

i personally don't want a sequel like at all but considering how successful the first one was, my mind decided to wander

The second movie should take place entirely in the arkham mental hospital

we only see the outside world through flashbacks and the last 30 mins of the film

the film could show more grounded and f***ed up versions of batman villains

bane could be a hispanic wrestler who got on steroids and killed his wife

could have scarecrow as a street level dealer of hallucinogens who nearly overdosed on his own product

hugo strange could be the warden

it would be great if the film blurs reality and fiction, the main insp for this is bronson by NWR, when we are introduced to each character we see their flashback and how they ended up where they are (unreliable narration could be a cool factor used here), the flashbacks could help build the corrupt world of todd phillip's gotham

the movie could then end with joker escaping and wreaking havoc on gotham with his newfound friends

i watched that movie once and really liked it..but for some reason i just can't sit through it again...

maybe not replicate another scorsese movie. they could go in that direction

Joker and a young lost Harley physically and mentally torturing plain clothes Bruce Wayne (right in the beginning of his batman stages) for two hours who they kidnapped from a Wayne Enterprise charity event

Or a true Arkham Asylum prison takeover movie with Joker at the helm and he meets Harley in said film

Thing is, he’s a bad guy now, like serial killer, so I don’t think he can be the protagonist, otherwise that’s a really wild movie and it probably should be directed by Gaspar Noe.
