If you look for the ones that died recently, they really seem to be a majority of white skinned people or they carry anglosaxon names. There's a few latin people and asians in recent times.

The first dinosaur model was constructed because they found some bones and had like a day to display their findings. The finders put the bones in an order that made SOMETHING with the random assortment of bones they were given. They did this all in less than a day. They essentially just made up dinosaurs
