I would say he probably has already and I say this as both a Travis and Carti stan, and it isn't necessarily Travis' fault as to why he has semi fallen off but imo if Carti drops another 10/10 project and continues his run and UTOPIA is anything less than Rodeo tier Carti is taking Trav spot.
