For me, the United States so their toxicity and net negative impact on the world can be quarantined to its own confines

I really want to say Africa but that’s a continent and many of the black countries are in dire need of isolation so they can begin to stabilize and become self sufficient without foreign intervention, but idk which one needs it most. So I suppose in their stead maybe Haiti? (Question mark)
