If that’s you in your picture you’re clearly a woman of above average attractiveness so I’m probably speaking alien to you right now. I can’t imagine you’re ever too in the dark about who may be attracted to you… that s*** probably gets thrown in your face on the daily. But that’s the whole point. People from a certain lifestyle angle don’t have to pick the first and wouldn’t appreciate the nuance behind it. You have to live under this condition of being considered an average or below average guy to truly think the way I just did. Maybe even with below average sexual/romantic success. Tbf lesbians might be clued in a little bit too.

At risk of being weird, I want to expand on something. Being aware that you’re a woman of probably at least average attractiveness, it’s clear the 2nd option would be meaningless to you compared to the first. You probably get hit on enough to where the 2nd wouldn’t necessarily change anything. But women are judged and forced to care about their physical attractiveness much more than men. So even if you were relatively attractive, the desire for validation and the need to know where you stand compared to the average woman might be more interesting or compelling of a concept than simply knowing who might be attracted to you. Two completely different perspectives.
