In my country its 18. I think its a good age but would probably increase it to either 19 or 20, probably 20, while allowing certain privileges once a child graduates high school.

Older. 20. I don't think an 18 year old is quite ready to make decisions that shape the rest of their life career wise. I don't think alcohol or cigarettes should be bought before 20 either (18 over here). Maybe gambling too

Full criminal liability can maybe be kept at 18 because I feel like you should know not to murder and commit other crimes at that age

Depends on the maturity of the people you're asking, sure.

Only difference I would make to sentencing is making it firm that all 18 yos would be tried as adults instead of it being at the discretion of the judge cause that type leaves room for bias

but it feels dumb to consider like a 20 year old still a kid. there are some points about maturity, brain development or whatever but i kinda feel like we can infantilize young adults too much sometimes

And that depends on what you mean by feeling like it.
It has more to do with maturity, foresight, and self control imo.
