Since many are always adamant on the way Hollywood is being ran nowadays with Remakes galore, what are some things/topics you guys have that you would love to see implemented in film?

• Kurt Cobain biopic but it’s done in a slightly surreal Kaufman-esque way

• Run - DMC biopic but there’s well-placed LL, Rubin, Beasties cameos

• a teenage s***comedy (i.e. Superbad, American Pie, The Wood) but it’s about black kids in early ‘70s Philly

• The Great Dictator but it’s about a Musk/Bezos/Jobs/Gates type

• a zombie film but it’s set in late ‘90s Memphis

• a heist film set in Atlanta. They’re robbing King of Diamonds after a championship win.

a live action adaptation of the mid 2000s hotwheels acceleracers movies directed by the wachowski brothers in the same visual style as the speed racer adaptation, but its more mature and finishes the lore that the animated movies didnt

I always wanted to make a film about a German expressionist horror filmmaker in the 1920’s trying to get away with actually killing someone in his film. I would have shot it in that style but used selective color to highlight certain unsettling elements. Like yellow eyes creeping in a window or a green hand slowly opening a door and blood naturally in red.

A Mahabharat series would be fire but I think people would take offense over the smallest s*** and it would cause a lot of drama.

I would create something similar to King Vidor’s proposed material about a biopic of a short-lived Hollywood actor of the 20s and 30s. Others I can propose of like The Wild Bunch, but set in the backdrop of Cold War involving mercenaries etc etc.
