Regulate is literally perfect and you can still play it in clubs today and people will feel it, Its timeless. This song will never not be cool

I think if you were to Hall of Fame a song for being the best representation of Hip Hop and it’s value it’d probably be Juicy.
Song features great production, nice flows, great story telling and word play, endless quotables, and is THE rags to riches story in rap (which is still prevalent today and has been for decades).
I think it features the most positives of the genre as to why you would wanna listen to rap over some other genre in general.
Pretty basic answer but it’s highly regarded for a reason from an artist whose stood the test of time as one of the all time greats.

I have only sold my parents on a few rap songs in my entire life and this is one they even love. All time classic
Lucki was really peak this era, he has a way to make a song like 2 minutes or less and it’s just perfect, consolidates all the good s*** into a short song. One of the only artists where I get extremely hype when there are short songs and know it’s not gonna be half baked or a start of an idea that never pans out.
