No country should be discriminated from hosting it, as ironic as that is considering the discrimination they have for certain demographics. It’s not only about discrimination!? It’s about the fact that they had not even come close to meeting conditions that are required to actually host a World Cup.

Moreover, stadiums are created out of nothing for one entertaining month. But that is a general problem of these world cups. In this case it’s even worse because they won’t probably ever being useful again.

Also what about the workers? They got so much money in this country that they buy themselves a World Cup for entertainment and try to make a good look at this country but are not even able to pay the workers on time and to pay them good money. And yes, that’s not only a problem there but the number of people affected and self-evident hover in other dimensions. Think about the conditions for these workers too.

You can’t say we need to respect any religion, etc. if fans that go there are at danger and I’m not even talking about Homosexuality. Things we do here freely in our countries are a problem there. And yes, it was said that the people are safe but interviews just days before the start showed some different behavior.

It’s just wrong on so many levels. Other world cups also were wrong but this crosses a line.
