Yes, but they don't send it straight to you.
They send it to a local gunshop which then makes sure you have the right paperwork and got your background checked. Then they give it to you.Then you HAVE to go get it registered with your local police ASAP cuz if you don't the ATF will be liable to literally come break your door down and arrest your ass for felony firearm possession. I think you have a few days or a week.
