You're weird. No artist can absolutely go #1 every single time they release. Drake has had 200+ songs chart, and only 8 went #1.
Popstar & Greece's positions were absolutely fine. You're saying "it's good and couldn't reach #1" as if Drake hasn't made dozens of 'good' songs that didn't go #1.
Trollz went #1 more off 6IX9INE, than Nicki anyways. He had a solo song debut #3 just weeks before, Nicki has never done that. Nicki's entire career is riding the coattails of others achievements.

Pre-covid, used to be drake but now Drake stimulus seems to be dead. Popcaan flopping hard and Khaled tracks a relative flop for being solo drake tracks. Is Nicki really the current best way to #1 cause of her stans?

Grimeyy with a Baby feature and JI with a Durk feature are two really recent examples of really smart features from upcoming artists, you want someone established within your lane but also with a big fanbase outside of it
