EverestMight be different in other countries but in England chicken tikka masala is as basic and white as you can get if they’re eating anything foreign tbh. Definitely in terms of the Indian food echelon it’s like the entry level one before u find the super good ones
even then it is still better than the best dish from other cuisines.

only tried chicken tikka, butter chicken, and goat curry
ones that all places should do is a chicken madrass/jalfrezi which are spicy ones if ur into that.
korma is a mild creamy kinda one, a bit like butter chicken but more yellow and sweeter.
karahi is amazing too. IMO the top 1. its a bit less sweet/creamy than a butter chicken. orangey-yellow colour. its got a bit of spice in the flavour but nothing too much
biryani isn't a curry but is rice with either chicken or lamb, usually with peas and s***. and u usually get a sauce with that and mix it in.
u can get chicken tikka versions of all these too. chicken tikka is like a way of cooking the chicken, so you can get like a chicken tikka versions of any curry
