Facebook support is almost non existent. The same thing happened to me with 2FA being set up. I had to program a bot using AutoHotkey to repeatedly submit this form with an explanation of the hack and my ID attached:

I submitted this form at least 500 times before I got a response from Facebook saying 2FA was removed

Using 2FA and keeping a rotation of 3-5 passwords you swap around bi-monthly helps. Micro-management kinda stuff. Also have apps automatically send emails of log-in attempts. It's a bit extra but better to be extra than deal with OP gotta deal with.
