Back in 2012 I had an apartment on the 4th floor. A person died on the first floor in their apartment near the elevators to go up. No one checked on them for four days. The smell was getting worse and worse.

at the public pool in my old hometown there was this one trash can that smelled like hot piss mixed with kraft mac & cheese, we used to dare kids to stick their heads in it and if they didn't barf we'd give them a dollar

That's absolutely crazy. Sorry to hear you had to witness that. When it happened you didn't see the body right??

we'll never know. to this day I've never smelled anything worse and I nearly suffocated from inhaling tear gas during the george floyd protests.
