Dawg, imma send you something in the next day or two but I wanted to ask you if you're able to look into any of the resources of your particular area (I'm assuming you live state side)

I deal with health issues that have me in a lot of life threatening situations but I've been able to survive and hopefully give myself a path forward in large part by digging up a lot of resources that my state provides for people in situations like mine

It's extremely difficult though when you're in poor health so if you haven't that's understandable but if you're willing I'd love to chop it up via phone, email, PMs here whatever to see if I can help you find anything in your area

I live in Florida and the mental health care especially is really s*** if you’re poor.

There’s one main inpatient/outpatient facility that is in my area that I have been to and it’s very corrupt and ran with very harsh conditions. I was there for a week, but they kept me longer than I was supposed to be without explanation.

I can no longer see my psychiatrist regularly, which sucks because you build rapport with them. It’s not a straight forward issue, it takes lots of time to figure out someone’s brain.

I feel you on all of this heavy - my health problems are tied to some serious mental health issues as well.

Just followed you on IG and hit you, whenever you can there's some things I wanna chop it up with you on in terms of potentially getting help/resources/supports because I've been doing that for myself through a great ton of difficulty for a while now and if there's anything that I can share from what I've learned from that process that can help you I wanna give that

Medication is the main reason I keep it together and even then I still have some pretty rough episodes. It’s still very hard for me to manage, but the way I look at it if I was unmedicated it would be so much worse. I’m actually just responding because I’ve been on like a 3 day low where it’s been impossible for me to function

One of the main reasons I made this thread is bc I was scared of losing all that support and not being able to rebound. Like actually thinking of unalive due to no options.
