For food, check w your local churches/ food shelves. Depending on ur state, there are likely an abundance of public resources for ppl, especially young ppl like you. If a church can’t help directly, they can point in the right direction - rental assistance, general assistance/ programs for youth and struggling adults, food shelves, some places actually serve dinner
