May 25th: Drake drops Duppy Freestyle

May 26th: Drake drops I’m Upset as a single

May 29th: Pusha T drops The Story of Adidon

Songs that I personally think are directly addressing the Kanye/Pusha T situation based on the lyrics:

God’s Plan is obvious because we already heard snippets of it leaking way before the beef

I’m Upset and Mob Ties are important because they’re specifically related to the situation with XXXTENTACION.

June 29th: Drake releases Scorpion with all the disses to Ye, Push and X on Side A

August 3rd: Travis Scott releases Sicko Mode featuring Drake on his album Astroworld

On Sicko Mode Drake goes at X and Kanye, the first verse/section of the song before Travis’ part is Drake allegedy bragging about killing X, then Travis’ part, then the 2nd Drake part is essentially a storytelling song about what allegedly happened

The whole part of him “taking a Xan” and falling asleep is about how he took a plane while X was killed and slept through the entire thing.

The “still got scores to settle” lyric implies that he already settled one score (X) and he’s on his way to settle another one (Kanye)

The rest of the Drake verse has already been broken down to be about Kanye

If you think there’s absolutely no reason for Drake to have done this, we already know that he takes threats to his family seriously by the mob and death related lyrics after Pusha T talked about his son “realized somebody gotta die when no one will dead it”

So just like Push talked about his family and specifically his child, X also talked very wildly about Drake’s Mom, essentially saying he would have s***with her:

February 26th: X posts ominous Instagram story claiming if anyone tries to kill him it’s Drake

October 19th: Sicko Mode Music Video is released, in which a XXXTENTACION look alike is shown being crushed by a Boulder

If you think this is ridiculous or far fetched, don’t forget that J Prince himself was involved in the Drake and Push situation

Back to the Mal on the JPB point, there’s no other source of a reputable industry person who started the rumor BEFORE the Push Beef

And NONE of the songs on Side B seem to be addressing any of the beef, except In My Feelings which was rumored to be about Kim Kardashian. Aside from that one song, Side B is mostly devoid of any disses to anyone. Also, on IMF he talks about people wanting to “kill him” and “running out of options”

The Lead singles to Scorpion were God’s Plan (January 19), Nice for What (April 6) and I’m Upset which was released before Push’s story of Adidon and AFTER Duppy Freestyle

Which means Drake’s image for Scorpion was to be of a “good guy” if you look at the lyrical content and music videos of God’s Plan and Nice for what they’re playing up an image of Drake being a good guy, giving away 1 Million dollars to people, with actual cash and being a feminist that supports and uplifts women

If this weren’t the case, why didn’t he release In My Feelings and Nonstop as singles Before the album released to promote it more? Because they were recently recorded!

Essentially, Side B is the real Scorpion before all of the Pusha T and Kanye beef, and Scorpion was turned into a double album in response to the situation.

That’s why Drake was talking about his “good guy” image on 8 out of 10, and why Side A ends on Is There More? which is about if there’s anything else in the world worth caring about except when he feels alive during beef, and Side B ends with the answer to that question with March 14, his Son is more important to him than winning the beef

That’s why the story of March 14 being recorded before the beef and being played to Kanye makes sense, because it was made to fit his good guy image and put him in the good graces of the public by introducing his son to the world.

Call me a crazy conspiracy theorist or whatever, but given the history of Hip Hop with artists actually dying from beef like BIG and Pac, this isn’t that far fetched
