It's a historical + romance cdrama that blew up from early this year. I'll be honest right away the story is just a good to solid watch and I based that on a universal rating. But where the show shines is in the details, perhaps even went above and beyond. Perfect cast, strong directing, insane cinematography, a setting/backstory that is so inviting. And the wardrobe is ridiculously good. How often you have praised costume design in tv & film. Trust me the one in this is a highlight
