i feel you, its just kinda dumb what hes doing. I don't think he has a PR team really, hes still not very well known and hes super young so he hasnt learned to function like a regular motherfucker should in music. I dont think hes a bad person for that, just reckless with the tweets.

and about that album, you realize that when an artist says they will drop something, they may think they know they can drop something but something else may come in the way like sample clearance or notice something wrong with it or personal issues. Putting out an album is a long ass process and esp since these are people thats career depends on their creativity and have passion for their art, theres a lot that goes into dropping and many variables. He's 20 too, hes new to this s***. Resenting the artist cuz they wont drop a piece of music they been hoping to drop is strange esp because music is super oversaturated rn and every friday u can find something dif to listen to.
I just simply bump what i want then when someone boutta drop im like dope ima listen to that

Management telling them they gotta get certain checkpoints on one video before they drop new music lol. Debatable whether it works or whether they’d be better off just dropping all their hard s*** to potentially get no views.
