xviiiIt ain't corny trauma and healing and all that has it's place. I'm not s***ting on it, but for me emotionally at some level I just feel all the hurt I experienced and never got the shot to get over it and process it. So I kinda go "meh" to it, deep inside me. But I'm a work in progress.
I do the work, and I encourage others to do the same. All I just say is that we just help each other through ourselves and if people got trauma/problems and they voice them, we have an obligation to listen.
It takes time, openness, and getting over ideas we have in our heads I think idk
When you put it that way it makes alot more sense tbh

not just the fact that “it happens”
people living in coastal areas are going to be more prone to flooding if not forced to move elsewhere, if they don’t die in the process
It’s going to put strain on an already overpopulated world to support a big population with fewer land available to use, and that’s also not getting into if your crops and what food you could grow could be affected
