The problem is that many of these young kids dont even know they are bulling

A first grader will tell an adult they are ugly to their face without realizing the implications

Same can be applied when said to other kids. Kids grow and mature at different speeds, so some handle bullying or criticism harder than others

It is kind of weird that some kids just don't understand this, isn't it? Like it's not many kids that can just sense "oh s*** this is not right" in that situation

ugh man school, kids, and the hierarchy there f***ing sucks and is scary. It's my biggest fear my kid will become bullied/the odd one out. Further down the road it might strengthen them, but damn being in that moment must suck.
