When the beef kicked off the strippers at the club said it

Future also said “you pillow talking like a hoe dawg” on the first track of we don’t trust you.

Also gives context to the hook of what would Pluto do

Those strippers at the club were saying they were beefing over a girl named Diana, and metro came out and call it cap

Probably is about a girl like the leaker said tho but I don't think he was dissing, sounded like he got caught off guard by future

Drake is forever in debt for future for giving him street cred in Atlanta and boosting drake’s popularity within Atlanta and other more regional circles

Then WATTBA studio sessions was probably life changing for drake

Wayne was a mentor to drake but future was like his cooler older cousin or brother especially early early 2010s

Revisionist history wtf? Future literally got solidified in the mainstream by Drake 1st from the Tony Montana remix (back when everyone clowned Future for being trash) then WATTBA which launched Future to biggest rappers status.

No one saw Future as the “older brother” that is the dumbest take ive seen get so many likes. It was actually seen like trying to do a Watch The Throne moment but with a way worse rapper than Ye and JayZ

Eh the the WTT comparison and older brother thing I see both

Your first point though is trash we are not talking billboard stats

We’re talking love and respect in the culture and your local city, no in the hell drake did not do for future what he did for drake to Atlanta man

@999Wrld is not talking about the mainstream, he’s talking about Atlanta and trap music at large

  • ppl r always quick to diminish drakes talents and ignore the fact music will always be a collaborative process to make fun of him.

with that being said, u have to be yt if u think drake has the same career without future. it was mutually beneficial but future was always gonna have his audience and reach with or without drake.

drake tapped into a whole new audience and was given "respect/credibility" he wasn't gettin before that even thru young money

you mean like how drake let cole diss kendrick on first person shooter which led to kendrick responding on like that?\

and you mean like how future has his own problems with drake outside of kendricks issues that been going before like that?

I’m not talking about billboard or numbers.(?) that’s not my point. Drake made Future more valid not the other way around. people used to literally not regard Future before Drake stamped him, myself included. I remember laughing with others at how funny-sounding and trash Tony Montana was. Dont even know why you’re getting likes.

Never did anyone look at Drake as having more “street credit” or “accepted” for collabing with Ross nor Future except maybe lame “he’s from Canada not really black I gatekeep the culture” types. You can say that NOW maybe with his blatant strategy of hopping on every popping rapper’s songs but that was NOT how it looked with WATTBA and you’re not about to revise truth lol. And he made 100 anthems since then he’d be getting played anyways
