He should've just released Ghost Town, I Thought About Killing You and Violent Crimes (great songs) as throwaways and called it a day.
Shake saved the album imo
But I wouldn't mind Yikes as loosie either tbh
She was great on that and Not for Radio off Nasir. But her solo material is f***ing ass

She was insane on Ghost Town and Violent Crimes, I literally teared up. Ye without Shake would be so f***ing mid lol. I don't get it why her solo stuff is mid af. Maybe she's not that great of an artist after all and it's all about Ye's guidance and his sound engineers. Would love a 7-track album with Ye's input.

yeah she was great on the Wyoming albums
But I think she got good solo songs like ILWIWF or Morrow

Her contributions truly saved the project.. after ye I was super hyped for a Ye-produced Shake album but at this point Idc anymore lol
On her solo stuff she always drowns in autotune which is so unnecessary bc her natural singing voice is much more powerful.

I wish we got a 7-track album from Shake instead of Teyana's album last year tbh. Seems like stylistically she's into things that don't complement her profile as an artist. She's still very young but I guess she better hurry up or no one will give a f*** anymore.

Tey's album was incredible tbh.. it suffered from demoitis like the rest of Wyoming sessions sadly, could've been the MBDTF of R&B with more work put in.

I like it too, some amazing songs on there, Never Would Have Made It is incredible, especially when they played it with the choir on some SS. Wish we got both
But Shake's contributions on these two songs literally made my summer

Tbh Teyana's new stuff aren't hitting the same way, she needs Ye to make great music.

It's insane how Ye gets the best out of artists tbh, this is such an underrated talent of him

Fr mate. She went from

To generic thot music

Tragic
I disagree, I think while the songs are very minimalist production wise, the songwriting is super raw and real, it's like all inhabitions disappeared and all the shine was taken off and it's just reality
A great way to come back after a really rough patch
Btw, Ye includes one of my top 5 worst Kanye songs in All Mine. I rarely ever dislike anything he's done but I never wanna go back to that thing lol
I’ll never say it was a mistake cuz I think it was something he needed to make at the time but like yeah you know yeah yeaaahhh

I thought it was great at the time, but after a few months I started seeing through it and realized how flawed it was. Respect your opinion tho

Og ye/love everyone wouldve been so beautiful
Listen to „everything“ from the nas album to get an indication what kanye was on

Whats flawed about it to you?
I think it's the most underrated Ye album sonically cause these tracks sound incredible, I think Wouldn't Leave and Violent Crimes are the prettiest ye beats ever, No Mistakes and Ghost Town classic Ye, the use of vocals on ITAKY, Yikes and All Mine is brilliant too
It's the realest Ye's ever been lyrically, no sugar coating s*** and I really appreciated that
I think the perception of ye changed (unfairly) when he outed Pardi as his ghostwriter on VC
