Actually, there’s no real plan, capitalism is just evolving past the simple concept of production (Marx was wrong, modes of production don’t define everything). Capitalism is expanding itself to reach different aspects of our lives. It becomes a code. This and the growing urbanization inherent to modernity lead us to live in atomized cities. No sense of community, no connection with our environment (except when it’s performative, you know, so you can take a picture for your Instagram), broken families… And profoundly f***ed up sex/love dynamics!

“Sexual revolution” happens but nobody is actually “free” sexually. We’re all slaves to hedonistic impulses: we use our partners as masturbatory devices, means to reach a climatic end: o*****. Delicacy, sensuality, eroticism? F***ed that. We’ve been exposed to p*** from a very young age and all we wanna do is f***. Sade would be proud (not talking about the marvelous singer, I’m taking about the sadistic f*** who based an entire philosophy around his disgusting fantasies).

Human relationships reorganize into a market. And markets rely on inequalities. So you’ve got Chads who f*** pretty girls and you’ve got pretty girls who f*** Chads, and you got people in-between. And then you have a kind of sexual proletariat, the people who don’t f*** at all or rarely f*** anyone. Those are losers. They see the market, they have a vague idea of how it works but they don’t know it’s a market and they can’t engage. They just can’t.

So what happens? Capitalism is there to exploit their unresolved impulses and desires. Capitalism gives them different categories of p*** and some of them have really sophisticated nuances. Capitalism gives them self help courses, misogynistic books written by “pick-up artists” etc. Of course, capitalism won’t give you anything, you have to pay for that. So here you go: a new market to exploit the emotional and sexual needs of miserable people.

Even better: MGTOW! A bunch of losers who cope with their miserable condition by becoming productive members of society! Disregard women, acquire money. And consume. Just consume. Fleshlights, lightsabers, video games, p***, whatever. Consume.

The fact that this whole culture is expanding isn’t surprising at all. It’s just the consequence of a sexual revolution which wasn’t a revolution at all. And losers are just manipulated by a set of codes and by an entire market dedicated to them.

I would also add that the 'human relationships are organized into a market' component is not a natural feature of human societies

rather it is a by-product of the things you're describing - it reflects the underlying market mechanism of our society (which birthed dating apps etc.), the atomization of our communities, the increasing precarity of work/existence, etc.
