These young guys are probably going through regular insecurities about their looks (teenage/young adult years) and now are trapped in that toxic ideology that suggests they should get plastic surgery etc (I hope they grow out of it)
The recruiters are legit demons and I wouldn't be surprised if this was a white supremacist front to just troll and lure young guys into believing their white supremacist/misogynistic agenda

Ill let u in on a secret. S***is an obstacle for all guys. As soon as u give in and accept a label that blames your lack of success with women on some innate quality in u, you have lost.
Theres been times when ive had lots of success with women and times i havent. In the good times, circumstance was very important. I was in situations where i was meeting lots of girls and pushed out of my comfort zone.
U need to put yourself in situations like this. U need to work on your own social flaws and realize that u can improve no matter how awkward u are. Get glowed up, get some interesting hobbies, get a good job, get some money, dress nice. Confidence will come naturally.
Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Just because u arent having s***now doesnt mean u wont in the future.

Iirc there was a subreddit for it but it got shutdown because it's illegal
They would take random pictures (from social media) of women in interracial relationships (especially black) and post to talk s***, eventually they would dox the girl as well
