I got some maintenance coming up for my car.

For the last 4 years or so I have been going to the dealership i got my car from. Been paying like 180 for Brake flushes for example. Really im just getting a bit sick of paying almost 3 times as much for work on my car

The main arguments I have heard for staying with the dealership service is that they know the car brand best.

So any people out there. What your take dealership or independent car shops? Btw I ain't going to jiffy lube bruh

See if you can do some maintenance yourself

Prices be similar it seems nowadays.

Go to dealership to have them tell you whats wrong. Then go to independent car shop to fix it

Indie if you dont have a warranty

Most cars are the same

If you have a modern euro luxury car (in usa) tho then yeah maybe stay with manufacturer or at least learn the issue there then pay less for the fix at an indie
