Bruh this Xmas party is wild, they really passing power for the amount of S***scenes in one episode
Yo this dude is a f***ing sub shorty made him eat his own nut

Lmao s*** crazy. They had real nut on black homie chest
I enjoyed the show. I'd watch season 2 if it got renewed. I think they're a few things it needs to work out. Like it was said earlier in the thread, sometimes it felt like the show didn't know exactly what it wanted to convey, and focus on. The actual financial/banking aspect, the characters lives, who happen to be working as bankers, or the culture of the industry.
For about the last half batch of episodes they seemed to focus on the culture of the finance industry. Idk how accurate it is, so I can't really say. I thought the show did a decent job with showing the culture, it was apparent that they were trying to convey that it was a "boys club". Which is fine, I didn't have any issues with it, the show never got full on "woe is me as a woman" until the last episode, but by then you're able to see everything they have to put up with, so it's perfectly understandable.
I wish the show had a lil more focus on the people actually handling accounts, and getting deals done, and some of the technical know how that goes with it. They only did it for Harper, everyone else was like she said, basically office assistance. But I guess Harper had unique circumstances that allowed her to thrive. Everyone else when clients were concerned, were only regulated to wine & dining.
But yea overall, this was a decent binge watch. Ken Leung (Eric), and Myha la Herrold (Harper) are easily the stand out performances on the show.
finished this tonight, really dig the finale. Looking forward to Harper's arc if there's another season
gotta say though, the fake cocaine budget for this show has to be crazy lmao

can someone explain these two sayings to me in layman's.

the first I think is the private tutors teach the kids how to pass standardized tests to get into prestigious schools
the other is they pay those kids and others so much, train them just for them to be just ok at the job when they could hire better talent from the jump
Feel like Eric being fired is gonna back fire for Harper
definitely. Daria coming back with a vengeance. Couldn't really tell if Robert was hired and interested to see where they take Gus
Surprised thread isn’t more popping feel like the young crowd would love this
