Love when shows get more and more stylised and creative with the direction as they go on. Breaking Bad did this and BCS picked up where they left off and took it further and further and this premiere had so much great stuff. Loved all the slow 70s style zooming in and out and some of the handheld super wide stuff

I noticed as well. the dialogue and imagery in this show has always been abrasive though. the first season was pretty extreme in its sexual content but they toned it down with Season 3.
