Notes From the Leaker

This from kendrick's personal notes, the emojis most likely indicate which songs he would work on further, as this is a tracklist of songs that could fit the album concept that he came up with.
Most of these songs were not completed at all, some had lines and melodies that Kendrick liked (such as style), that if he worked on them further, he would obviosuly end up rewriting verses and lines to fit the album concept and everything.

Look woman was never a completed album as far as we know, completed meaning songs fully completed, ready to be mastered like the ES 2019 tracklist. And a lot of the songs were later on reworked or used for ES.. But regardless, he thought about the concept a lot and came up with a list of songs that could fit it, and most likely wrote specific songs with this album concept in mind.. (such as we cry together which is known to have come from it)

The only known thing about the possible concept of the woman album is from kendricks notes below..

This album is about women only (maybe). Some phycological s***. Tapping into the process of how men thinks. She thinks , and feel. All female features. Every track Rhianna , Beyoncé , sza , badu etc

But this note is from album concept ideas from 2020 long after ES was completed. (Its not confirmed that he worked on anything look woman related after 2018-2019).. So the original 2018 tracklist, ideas and concepts he may have had for the album, were completely different back then. As there is a note from 2018-2019 where he described the album as.

"Look Woman, Amen.

In another 2018-2019 note he described the original mr morale was an audiobook of the album, so these things can't be taken literally. Although he does mention that he wrote a book for mr morale and that's why the album itself can be taken as an "audiobook". And there were rumors of Kendrick working on something imax related, possibly a visual album, so there is a possibility maybe the look woman was originally suppose to be a visual album, and the reason for the horror tag, is just simply because of the vibe and content of some of these songs (We cry together).. But all of this is purely speculative.

There was another tracklist for look woman created months after this one that has been lost, it was 16 tracks and had this horror film note which is where it came from.. It's unclear which songs were on it, but most likely most of the ones mentioned in the original tracklist and possibly some things from later ES versions such as father may i.

So with all this in mind, it's possible the original first tracklist mentioned at the start, is with a different concept in mind than this 'horror film' one. Based on the songs, this first tracklist album could most likely be simply a concept about a relationship, the start with a new couple being formed, the ups and downs and arguments (we cry together), f***ing up and cheating (i f***ed up), etc..

Look woman song that he later on scrapped and gave to keem, there is a baby keem solo version of the song in circulation, and you can hear kendricks vocals in the hook because they weren't cut properly. This may be the same song as White T from a og melodic album tracklist - not confirmed.

Unknown song, short lyrics are known and the fact that it samples hotel california.

Unknown song, some lyrics are known.

There is a small tracklist Kendrick wrote post DAMN, with style on it, dated June 2017 - its the first known version of Style. So it's possible 2018 style that leaked had an original 2017 version that sounded a little different. It's unclear which one is on the tracklist.

Fix of heart, the title that was given when leaked was a fake one chosen from the lyrics being said in the phone recording, the real one is simply i f***ed up big.

Idea mentioned again in 2020, but here is a wishlist from 2018 to try to get features from these female artists. The only ones I can confirm were finished and had send in verses were kehlani for pillow talking, and beyonce for nile which was later on changed a little and given to her for her soundtrack album. And most likely rihanna songs exist as he was making songs for her during this time.
