Idk if this is a known issue or a common issue, but about 70% of the time, Instagram embeds don’t load and just look like this:

Are other people experiencing this? I’m pretty much only on mobile so I’m not sure if this happens on desktop too

It just loads it from Instagram so there shouldn't really be any issues on our end

Same thing happens to me, once I click "View this post on Instagram" and it opens a new tab I go back to the thread and all the embeds have loaded

did it just start happening recently?

But I’m not 100% what my connection is like when this happens. But like in the picture in op, I have almost full service according to my phone. And I’m often on WiFi when it happens. But I’ll try to pay more attention to that.

Also to answer your other post, from what I remember this has been happening since Instagram embeds were added I think

i can't recreate this problem, but i made some changes which might fix it. will be released with the next update.
