So after I was robbed on my campus, I filed a renters claim so I could get my belongings back and I have been going through HELL with Statefarm

I sent my receipts and bank statements in and the adjuster is like "why did you upload the same receipt from a previous claim?" So I had to explain to her that I uploaded the wrong image. Then she mixed up my receipts and confused amazon with Walmart, and thought I was adding previous lost items to my current claim. So now I have to literally draw circles on the images so she can read the correct dates. Then she had me do a recorded statement, and now she wants me to sit for a delegation under oath .

My adjustor is an old lady, but she's been mixing up my images (like amazon and Walmart) and trying make it seem suspicious that I purchase new electronics before I was robbed. Have y'all encountered this before? She has me feeling like a criminal when I was the one robbed AGAIN.
