Can someone help me? I'm basically looking to make short films and upload to YouTube. Preferably something that can focus on me and blur the background when I want it to.

My budget is probably $3-400. Is that even reasonable? Don't laugh at me

best to just learn premier and after effects yourself and then hire an assistant if you ever reach a level that you could afford one

I usually dabble in Final Cut Pro. Is there a way for me to fake the bokeh background in videos? I didn't want it to look bad but I'd definitely prefer to just use my iPhones for the time being, if possible
