    I've been interested in intermittent fasting, but I'm only interested in the health benefits, not the weight loss aspect. Anyone know the best method of fasting (5/2, eat stop eat, etc) with this in mind?

    8 hours for beginners, 6 hours after that

    12-8pm

    For sure if you eat enough protein. What intermittent fasting does is help with burning fat. After 12 hours of not eating your body starts running on fat.

    yeah; eat a bunch of small meals from like noon to 8 and hit maintenance on all your macros

    dont do this anymore but it’s not that hard
