I've been interested in intermittent fasting, but I'm only interested in the health benefits, not the weight loss aspect. Anyone know the best method of fasting (5/2, eat stop eat, etc) with this in mind?
Just create a window where you can eat in.

altho i was eating like 800 - 1000 cal a day max so that was prob the bigger issue

For sure if you eat enough protein. What intermittent fasting does is help with burning fat. After 12 hours of not eating your body starts running on fat.
