This sentiment is only half true imo by people crying for Kendrick even tho BP dropped 3 years ago & this year is barely half over

Nothing lasts forever

In the early 2010’s, all of Black Hippy was exciting in their own ways. You had Ab Soul for the underground lyrical crowd. You had Schoolboy for the bangers. You had Kendrick for the top 3 debate.

Nowadays, Schoolboy’s hype has gone down significantly. Ab Soul is either completely inactive or just has absolutely no hype at all. Kendrick will do fine, but the excitement behind the label is gone for me now

Who is checking for Reason Luke or Sir in real life? They fumbled the bag with SZA hype, and Isaiah fumbled his own career. Soul MIA, Jay Rock MIA, Q fell off. Only person left is Kendrick and that nigga barely TDE his damn self so I don't get how it's not a dying label.

SIR toured his first album and did the same Venues as Big KRIT, Currency, Freddie Gibbs, Griselda, etc.
