He really been producing a bulk of his own projects since IDLSIDGO. Even on Doris he was getting busy on the board
Yea its f***in wild how many of his tracks he's produced on his own. I hope he produces a lot of his next album, I think he didn't really produce much on Sick!
But I just looked it up and found out Sage was the one who produced The Bends
Navy Blue snapped on that production

He absolutely is the closest. And his legacy will be very similar to DOOM's
A highly respected artist who doesn't have hits or a bunch of plaques but is your favorite rapper's favorite rapper .
And took unconventional approaches to rap that ended up influencing a wave of new underground artists

The album is good don’t get it twisted, it’s just mid for the standards he’s now set for himself. I appreciate that it has the most varied production of any of his albums, he just sounds elementary as a rapper compared to what he drops now

Maybe in terms of subject matter.. I miss when Earl used to rap like this. Rhyme schemes are out of this world. Reminds me a lot of MF Doom, his newer stuff is phenomenal as well but there’s something special about Doris to me
