Nah 1995 isn't a zoomer honestly. These dates are setup by old ass people who really don't understand cultural imprints anything has on a group of people.

1992-1998 is essentially it's own mini generation, old enough to remember a time before internet, but still grew yup with it.

1999+ is really where Gen Z starts

If we're going to keep naming and separating generations, you'd think someone would come up with official dates instead of leaving so many gray areas up to interpretation
