I do separate the art from the artist but I already wasn't listening to him lately and have a good reason not to do so now so it all works out. I might spin Good Life or Love Lockdown here and there but that's about it

Great point i don’t really think “separating” them is the answer. You’re supposed to put it all together and come out with an image of a complicated human/artist. Like we all are. I'm gonna have to. I am sorry but when I need to let of steam there is no better album than Yeezus to do so. Literally I hav tried to look for another record that can capture that aggro feeling, some death grips albums do it but like…… Yeezus is its own thing

I have no desire to listen to Kanye atm but I don't think it will be hard to separate. R Kelly makes music about love/sex which is just super creepy when you know who he is.
