I can’t believe a guest performance is making people angry

    Disappointment I get but ANGER?

    Y'all are some idiots lmao

You created what this show should be based on pure delusion not facts. It was always Drake doing a guest appearance but you decided you wanted a greatest hits for LARRY HOOVER LOOOOL

Your dumbass doesn’t think hmm, this is a rehearsed show. They know each other’s sets.

Really, it’s good idea to come on stage like a half time show after Kanye runs through his best s*** for the first time almost ever ????

Like read the f***ing rooom he ain’t a rookie. Instead of riding the momentum of the show he haulted it to a stop and then handed it back to Kanye to finish. It made no f***ing sense in regards to the competitive side of him. Not to mention he played some of the tracks he dissed Kanye in as well. It was just goofy.

And I am drake to the death but I’m sorry the boy dropped it on that last night for me

I love drake to death don’t get it twisted but I am also not going to ignore the fact that the past 2 guest appearances were not what they usually were due to the music. It’s just not hitting right now. It’s okay to acknowledge that and still be a fan lmao

CLB isn’t his strongest album I concede that.

Drake not out his prime until his albums stop being a moment

Kanye prime imo didn’t end until JIK that was truly the first time he had a project come and go.

Idc JIK is a classic to me it lifted my spirits every day in a horrible year

Also Donda was def a huge moment, wasn't a bigger album moment in terms of real life hype

kanye just sold out 3 stadiums for a listening party. if people paying attention when you drop is your criteria then he would be in his prime too and he most certainly is not

I don’t want to turn this into a album sales game but that should answer everything.

So drake should feel so insecure about Kanye performing his greatest hits that he should give a greatest hits show when that ain’t even what he’d ever do as a guest

This s*** was a favour for J Prince and not something that he cherishes like that. It’s a Kanye west concert

And let me be clear …

I KNOW the set he did last night was inline for a “guest spot”. It’s newest music and it’s short and to the point.

But he knows, and his team knows and WE know how that’s perceived to the 90% who doesn’t know, who’s going from hearing their favorite Kanye tracks to probably some of their least drake tracks live.

His vocals, and performance were on point as they ALWAYS are, but there’s flow and vibe which was killed that HE takes the fall for.

let's be honest the crowd was weak af. Drake literally begged them to turn up. If they don't turn up how tf is the artist suppose to give his best delivery?

So he can’t let his music speak for itself is what you’re saying. Kanye had the place rocking

Yes he should. They are debated as two of the greatest artists of our time. Why should drake sit down and not hold his own? A favor for j prince in front of 60,000 people? And streamed on Amazon music? This ain’t a private show f*** outta here with your dumbass - don’t come at me talking sideways and talk dumb

I thought Drake killed it vocally but his song selection just wasn't coming close to Ye's, I'm not mad at him doing newer songs, it's just doing a song like IMY2 was headscratching

  • Dec 10, 2021

It was disappointing but it was essentially a Ye show so I’m not that bothered

    There were 80k actually

  • Dec 10, 2021

His set list was definitely disappointing, even moreso compared to how ye killed it. But like others said his vocal performance was on point and he engaged with the crowd a lot.

Can’t say I’m “pissed off” though. He rarely gets a chance to perform these days because of the state of the world. He wanted to do the newest tunes he made which he probably dreamed about performing for a while now. On an artist level I understand why he did what he did.

    drake's prime was 2011-2016

    *17

  • Dec 10, 2021

It looks worse than it is because Kanye was playing a lot of his old well known hits and Drake played CLB songs so it’s not even the same lol

    he on cruise control now

but fr the momentum of the show was killed during drake's set, he coulda made it a greatest show all time contender

  • Dec 10, 2021

I thought Drake did great wish he had a little more time but he was the special guest

I dont like how alot of Drake fans are hatin on the moment its making my mission of befriending @quadra more difficult
