I made roasted garlic mashed potatoes and it was a hit. I also added a marinade (Fresh Rosemary, Garlic, Basil, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper, Basil and Italian Seasoning) for the Turkey (most of it goes underneath the turkey's skin in the thighs and then on top). But, I left the actual cooking of the turkey and stuffing to the professional (Mom).

With my mom's stuffing, which is cooked in the turkey (a recipe from my grandma RIP) it comes out delicious.

I made one dish but meal prepped others s*** in between puffs of gas. by function time, I went to my room and took an hour purp nap
worth it. everyone packed to go plates and no one complained, even had foods for specific diets (one of my young nieces is a Muslim by choice)
